Nestled in Mooresville, this lovely house for $600 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Enjoy the lake life with a beautiful view in our fully renovated lake front cottage. This beautiful cottage is a one of a kind home nestled on a quiet cove on the north side of Lake Norman. Although you feel tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, you're just minutes from shopping, dining, lake attractions and I-77 The space-- This fully renovated cottage features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom and on-suite overlook the large back deck with a spectacular view of Lake Norman right from the king sized bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with new KitchenAid appliances, pots and pans, toaster, blender, Keurig and ample plates and dishes for serving the family. There is also a propane grill on the back deck off the kitchen, for all your cookout needs. The living room features hardwood floors with massive wood ceiling beams and a beautiful gas log fireplace underneath the large 70" TV. One of the sofas in the living room is a sleeper sofa with plenty of room for extra guests. There is even a cozy dog cubby underneath the stairs leading up to the primary bedroom to allow for pets to have their own cozy space as well. The second bedroom is a spacious bedroom featuring a king size bed and two spacious closets. The third bedroom is the bunk room with a twin over twin bunk with a pullout trundle underneath. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between the bunk room and second bedroom. This bathroom is newly updated with beautiful white subway tile adorning the walls of the shower/tub combo, a dual sink vanity and large linen closet. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer as well as a folding table and hanging rack with tons of storage. Lastly the huge back deck can be accessed from the kitchen, primary bedroom or from the sliding door off of the living room. There is an outdoor table and chairs for dining and cookouts as well as rockers, a sofa and chairs for outdoor gatherings with a beautiful view from every inch of the deck. The backyard is fully fenced to allow for guests fur babies to accompany them and join in on the fun that all the lake has to offer (please inquire for pet policy). Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay including full access to the dock to spend their day out on the water. Other things to note Dogs are allowed (2 dog maximum). Non Refundable Pet Fee of $200 is required at time of booking.

We stayed 5 nights to visit family in the area and experience some Fall weather (we're from Florida). The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and described in the listing. Comfortably appointed with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The outdoor areas are especially nice for enjoying the weather and quiet area. The large, fenced yard was perfect for our two dogs. We were able to sit on either the patio or upper level deck to have coffee and keep an eye on them. The outdoor dining area is right off the kitchen and we enjoyed breakfast outdoors. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We are already planning a warm weather trip with our boat. Highly recommend.

We had a great time staying here. The house is beautiful, clean and exactly as pictured. The outdoor area is fully fenced and perfect for our dog. The house is located on a quiet cove with a great view of the water. We enjoyed kayaking with the kayaks provided. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend our time off relaxing by the water and we would definitely book this place again in the future if it is available!

Property & location are great! House is charming. Was very disappointed we couldn’t get check-in information until the day before we left. When I booked with Carolina properties in the past they gave it to us 30 days in advance. We traveled 12 hours with a dog χld - would have planned the trip differently. Once we paid in full & you have all our personal info to verify - information should be provided. Arrangement was very lopsided.

This property is absolutely stunning! My girlfriends and I chose this property for our annual girls trip and it was exactly what we were looking for! The place is extremely clean, very well maintained (perhaps brand new?) and had more space than we needed. The kitchen is very well stocked with high quality pots and pans. We also appreciated the very kind welcome basket when we arrived - very generous! The beds in the primary and secondary bedrooms were soo comfortable! The primary bathroom on the second floor does get very warm during the day if the blinds are opened, but simply keeping them closed helps keep the heat out. The absolute best part of the home is the large deck overlooking the water. We spent a lot of time enjoying the lounge furniture watching the day pass over the water. Although the house sits amongst houses on both sides and across the water, it was very quiet and peaceful. Thank you for sharing your home with us - you all did a wonderful job with the renovations and hope to return again!
