About this house rental
New house in our program from spring 2023. - MAX 1 SMALL DOG! Fantastically located small cozy vacation home. Close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Lovely grounds with many cozy corners. Here you can sit and enjoy the sound of the sea. The holiday home has a spacious living room with both a dining area and a sofa area by the wood-burning stove. From the living room, you step out into the most beautiful conservatory, which is used all year round. Here, it feels like being outside. Cozy kitchen with everything you need. Bathroom with underfloor heating. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 bedroom with bunk bed 70x180. 1 bedroom with single bed. Really top-class location. Annex is private. Free final cleaning.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Really enjoyed our time here, everything felt well thought out and clean. It was nice coming back after a long day out exploring.

We had such a great time staying here as a family! The conservatory was our favorite place, it felt like we were outside even when it rained. The kids loved having their own bunk beds too. With all the amenities in the kitchen, cooking together was a lot of fun. We can't wait to come back again next summer!
