Total Privacy: The manager has their own separate entrance and private yard. You will not see or interact with them during your stay unless you need urgent assistance.

Your Space: Your entire home and fenced yard are exclusively yours to use and enjoy.

Restricted Areas: Please note that the laundry room and garage area are locked and not accessible to guests.


** Important House Rules **
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and protect this historic property, please adhere to the following strict rules:

No Smoking or Burning
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house.
This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, marijuana, candles, incense, or any other burning materials.
Violation Fine: A $500 fee will be charged for any smoke or burn damage detected.

No Pets
This is a pet-free property. We cannot accommodate animals inside the home.

Towel & Linen Policy
Pool Towels: The towels, bedding, and linens provided are for indoor use only. Do not take them to the Hot Springs pool.
Reason: The chlorine and mineral content in the pool water will permanently destroy our linens.
Fee: A charge of $25 per towel will be applied if pool towels are found to be missing or damaged.
Solution: You can easily rent fresh towels directly at the Glenwood Hot Springs facility.
