There are 3 bedrooms on the lower level with a King Bed, a Queen Bed, and 1 Twin and 2 Fulls as well as a Full Bathroom. This home comes with 1 Guest pass to the Recreation Center.  Additional guests purchase passes for daily fees.  Enjoy basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, plus a fun playground to entertain the children! One outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub! The Waterville Estate's Pond has a sandy beach, swim platform, and paddle boat rentals. In the winter, enjoy the ice-skating pond. Also, there are plenty of cross country and walking trails throughout the Estates. Plenty to do for the entire family! Campton Mt opens in the winter for weekend and night skiing with a lodge including food and drinks. Campton Mtn has a chair and tow rope- great family fun.
