The architecture and the interior of the hotel were lovely - I particularly enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard when it was too hot and sunny outside at midday. Breakfast was wonderful with a wide range of fresh local breads, dairy products, fruits, etc and attended by very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed 5 nights all together, and all the people at the hotel from the receptionists to room service, waiters and souvenir shop keepers treated me very well, so thank you so much! All tourist attractions are easily accessible by walk or by Yandex, getting to and from the station and the airport is easy.

its a nice property, although it looked much nicer in the publicity images.
rooms were spacious, comfortable and reasonably clean, but starting to feel some age.
the service was inconsistent. check-in and reception were great, but the staff at the spa / pool was so rude it ruined our impression immediately. The overall experience didn't match the price we paid for. really wanted to love this stay but I might not return if there are other similar options.
