Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Ausblick von der Terrasse entschädigt einiges. Küche im Erdgeschoss ist toll.
Chalet insgesamt desolat. Keiner von villa4you konnte vorab Auskunft über die Zimmeraufteilung im Obergeschoss geben (anscheinend nur Drittanbieter der mitkassiert). Stiegenabgänge im Haus sind halsbrecherisch. Dame bei Schlüsselabholung ist desinteressiert und kennt sich nicht aus. Reinigungsdamen sind nett. Zufahrt zum Chalet über holprigen Wiesenweg möglich, Auskunft war es ist "nicht möglich". Kein Klopapier, keine Seife, ein Zimmer versperrt obwohl bezahlt (wurde nach Aufforderung geöffnet). Fenster sehr desolat, manche ließen sich nicht öffnen oder hängten sich aus. ALLE Geräusche/Schritte vom Obergeschoß hört man laut im Erdgeschoss (auch in den Schlafzi.). Schimmel im Bad im OG. In unserem Schlafzimmer klebten falsche Wimpern über dem Bettkopfteil.. Appartmenthaus Sonneck ist top, kostet nicht viel mehr und bietet tollen Spabereich. Werde NICHT mehr bei villa4you buchen.
