It was really nice and beautiful place. The views were amazing. Breakfast was spectacular.
The bathroom floor was cold, but that's usual thing with alps houses.

It’s located in a very nice place with fantastic views. Our room was very clean and cosy. The staff we communicated with was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, all sort of delicious choices.
There was some miscommunication in the emails we have received regarding check-in time and when the breakfasts is being served. They’ve sent out the timings regarding wintertime and that is one hour later then in summertime and that caused a bit of confusion. For example we’ve had to do a staffless night check-in but we arrived in time according to the received emails. But they have phoned us and let us know in advance while we were on the road, and when we arrived we talked with a staff and everything was sorted.

Breakfast was very good. Nice breads and cheeses. Lots of variety even for picky children. The dining area is cozy and inviting. The boot room was well equipped and conveniently located allowing for people fresh off the slopes to quickly remove ski equipment and go clean up. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
One small complaint I have is that the bathroom door in one of our rooms had a window. Now even though the glass was textured and not completely transparent, we were all reluctant to shower when there were other people in the room.
