The restaurant and breakfast were amazing, the ac was really good and the big room
The fridge wasn't working at all, most of the room was like deteriorated and the bed feels hard and not so clean in the room overalls for a 4 star hotel and 150 euros per night for 3 people

Asukoht minu marsruudil Albaaniast Baltikumi. Puhtus, abivalmis personal. Hotellitoas oli vann, mis lõpuks asendas basseini. Hea tasuta parkimisvõimalus.
Kahjuks olid soovitud mugavused bassein ja ihuhooldus just nendeks kaheks nädalaks remondis. Broneerides seda infot ei olnud.

it was the fourth time i stayed at this hotel. I consider the hotel as value for money. you can have all facilities and also rooms are comfy, quiet hotel also. the parking could be bigger though but this is not so important. i highly recommend it for people travelling to Serres either for business or leisure. Walking distance of 5-10 min to city centre also.

Staff not helpful, sorry only one young woman out of all the staff there. Also was thrown in a shoebox of a room at the back corner of the hotel because they looked after some Soccer team that was there and we paid just as much as the soccer team.
The hotel looked tired.
