Quaint little cottage, well equipped, ideal for the RSPB reserve

You have to go through one of the bedrooms for the bathroom, which made it awkward, during the night. There is however a toilet downstairs.

Nice location in a pretty village, useful self catering place, pleasant little garden. The fan in the main bedroom was very handy, and the sitting room was cosy. Easy to access too - keys were quite straightforward to find and use.

The shower drain was very blocked, to the point that when we showered after a hike, we'd be stood in the mud we washed off the entire time. The kitchen also had an off putting musty smell which made cooking less enticing than at home! The bedroom light was broken.

We couldn't have asked for anything more, and Mark was very accommodating and very helpful. We had such a lovely time away, and we had a great base to go back to to relax, after busy days! Location was perfect for exploring norfolk Very comfy bed and the shower was good Snettisham is a very pleasant village

Cottage was comfortable but very dated and the garden could do with being tidied up.a bit.there were cobwebs everywhere the kitchen cupboards good do.with a good clean out too.
