Well-located, if you're looking for a quiet place on the edge of the forest.
Helpful staff, very prompt when attending to requests.
Clean rooms, extremely spacious (compared to the matchbox-sized rooms offered by other hotels in this price range).
The air conditioning system in the hotel ought to be upgraded, it's a little old and somewhat prone to malfunction.

THE ROOM WAS QUIET, THE OWNER REMY WAS A GREAT GUY. PATONG IS GREAT, HOTEL IS A BIT OUT OF THE WAY. SO QUIET, I ENJOYED THE PLACE BCAUSE OF ITS CLOSE PROXIMITY TO PATONG NIGHTLIFE AND RESTAURANTS, IT WAS QUIET ENOUGH TO REST, ONLY IF THE BEDS WERE BETTER. IT WAS VERY SAFE AND HOTEL WAS CLEAN.
THE BEDS WERE AWFUL, HARD AS NAILS, THEIR WAS NO VIEW, IT WAS OF WOODS AND OLD BROKEN HOTEL, THAT WAS NOT FINISHED AND OF SOMEONES ROOFTOP, THE REST OF THE UPPER ROOMS LOOKED GREAT BUT THE FAMILY ROOM DISAPPOINTS FOR THE VIEW. IF YOUR A PERSON WITH DIFFICULTIES WALKING OR AGED OR DISABLED THIS HOTEL IS NOT FOR YOU, THEIR IS NO ELEVATOR, ALSO YOU MUST WALK UP HILL AS MANY TRANSPORTERS WILL NOT GO UP TO HOTEL, GOOD LUCK WITH THAT, YOU SHOULD RENT A MOTOR BIKE TO GET AROUND AND UP AND DOWN HILL, THE HOUSEKEEPING HAD TO BE FOUND,OR ON REQUEST, GOOD LUCK. IF YOUR DOING TOURS MANY DONT KNOW WHERE IT IS AND WILL HAVE TO LOOK IT UP.

Endroit magnifique. Très beau panorama en hauteur sur la ville. Cet endroit proche de toutes commodités est au calme. Comme une sorte de havre de paix. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très bien entretenues et très propres. Le gérant est français, très sympathique et à l'écoute. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter.
