Wonderful location with amazing views and good communication from letting agency prior to arrival. Dedicated parking spot. Well-stocked kitchen for self-catering
The only complaint we had was that the mattress on the double bed was so uncomfortable my partner chose to sleep on the floor and we both had to take ibuprofen throughout the stay. We did flag this up to the letting agency who were sympathetic, but characterised this as a "preference" rather than a maintenance issue and were therefore not willing to replace the mattress. I advised that the mattress has essentially collapsed and therefore I felt this was a maintenance issue.

Really nice location with amazing views, lots to do around the area as well as further afield. The house is well equipped with everything you need including board games for the children. Copper mines are just round the corner and make a lovely walk as does the close lake which is very close.
Hairs everywhere I'm afraid. We know this is a pet friendly property but there was a lot of hair in the living room and some in the bath room, both dog and human,
