Beautiful resort. Great views. Excellent food. Fabrizio, Francesca and Domenico were exceptional in terms of customer service. The chef's food was exceptional.
Original room not properly cleaned. Was moved to a larger room. This one had urine in the toilet bowl when I entered the room. Again, no attention to detail in terms of proper thorough cleaning of rooms. Not enough towels. English was a problem so I had a hard time communicating with front desk staff who were not friendly and certainly not up to par for a 5 star experience. New room also had clogged sink in the bathroom. This all should have been checked before I was moved the This "upgraded room". I would not stay here again due to it not being a 5 star experience. Not worth the money. They need a complete staffing overhaul with experience. I felt badly for the only 3 above average experienced staff: Francesca, Domenico and Fabrizio. The front desk staff should all be re-trained or terminated.
