Die Betten waren überraschend bequem. Es war gut, dass es eine kleine Etagenküche gab, denn man konnte sich Geschirr ausleihen und am Zimmer was essen, damit man nicht das Restaurant besuchen musste. Das Frühstück musste man extra bezahlen, war aber nicht allzu teuer und für uns zufriedenstellend.
Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten auf der Burg und kann an einer interessanten Führung teilnehmen.
Das ganze Haus verströmt einen Ostblock-Mief, wie ich ihn seit den späten 1980er-Jahren nicht mehr gekannt habe. Das Personal sprach nicht deutsch, nur wenig englisch; da sind mir meine Tschechisch-Grundkenntnisse sehr nützlich gewesen.
