Personal is responsive, trying to help, giving needed info, when we had to organize daily driving roots. Very good bed mattresses - not too soft and not too hard! Very peacfull location, among private sector!
Water in shower is not going away, stays for long time. Problems with electricity, TV broken and wasnt change even after finding it out and recognizing.

The room was really big, with a seating area composed of a sofa and armchairs. The breakfast was nice.
The hotel has a great potential however two things really worsened the experience. First - the beds were really hard and uncomfortable. Second - the window curtains were deficient and the amount of light at the morning didn’t allow us to sleep.
One thing to add, the staff could be more enthusiastic and welcoming , we felt that the staff was uncommunicative and quite cold.

Staff was very helpful. After making a booking we've received a message that a sofa bed will be made for our toddler and a travel cot for our baby. Sheets were nice and clean and even our baby had sheets and blankets.
I have messaged the hotel and asked if a taxi with a baby and toddler seat could be arranged. I was told that staff will have a look and try to help us with this. On arrival I've asked about this and nobody knew anything so I was just shown a local taxi app.
Leaving in the early hours no one is at the desk and you just leave your key on the front desk, which we found a little bit strange.
