Location close to main piazza. It has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with well equiped kitchen.

The stairs to top bedroom is steep.

I spent twelve wonderful nights at Q40 and truly loved my stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to everything while still being a lovely and comfortable place to come home to after a day in Ostuni. Everything worked perfectly and the apartment had everything I needed, even for a longer stay. Scott is an exceptional host – warm, friendly, helpful and always easy to reach whenever needed, while at the same time giving you complete privacy. After twelve nights, Q40 really started to feel like my little home in Ostuni, which made leaving surprisingly difficult. I’m taking so many beautiful memories with me, and this place will always be part of them. I would stay here again without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend Q40 to anyone visiting Ostuni. Thank you, Scott, for everything!
