Die Lage ist unfassbar gut. 100 Meter zum Hafen und verschiedenen Lokalen.
Es fehlt ein Staubsauger und es könnte gründlicher gereinigt werden.

Leider gibt es über die Unterkunft nichts herausragendes zu berichten. Die Umgebung und die angebotenen Attraktionen sind hingegen wunderbar.
In dieser Unterkunft wird seitens des Vermieters viel versprochen und nicht gehalten. Angeblich integriertes WLan ist nach Erfragung des Passworts plötzlich in dieser Wohnung keine Option mehr. Die Räume sind renovierungsbedürftig-überall rissige Wände und Spinnenweben. Der Toilettendeckel ist locker und die Duschstange dermaßen durchgerostet, das kaum die Duschbrause ohne Probleme gehalten werden kann. Der Strandkorb war unbenutzbar. Durchnässt- aufgrund des Regens. Leider war weder eine Abdeckung drüber, noch diese in der Unterkunft auffindbar. Auf den Buchungsfotos ist auf der Dachterrasse ein Sichtschutz am Geländer zu sehen- Leider war dieser nicht da. Sodass auch diese Terrasse aufgrund der sehr nahen gegenüberliegenden Nachbarschaft nicht zum Verweilen einlud. Die Sonnenliegen waren zwar vorhanden, allerdings war eine kaputt und lag einfach kreuz und quer daneben- somit war diese auch nicht nutzbar. 2 Tage kaltes Wasser waren auch nicht besonders angenehm. Kontaktaufnahme per Mail zum Vermieter, blieb leider ohne Erfolg. Erst nach einer WhatsApp an den Hausmeister, wurde aufgrund des Wasser etwas unternommen. Die Parkplatzsituation ist bei Auslastung der Unterkunft auch eine extreme Zumutung und erfordert gute Erfahrung. Die extrem stinkenden Mülltonnen am Eingang sind auch nicht besonders einladend. Kurzum, unsere Erfahrung zeigt uns, das dieser Vermieter an einer Veränderung kein Interesse hat. Null Kommunikation oder mögliche Rückfragen, verliefen ins Leere! Unser Fazit- Für diese Unterkunft, mit dieser Sauberkeit und Ausstattung eindeutig zu teuer!
