Technisch onderhoud:douche liep slecht af ook nadat eigenaar ontstopper er in deed. Deur toilet kon niet dicht waardoor de deur klapperde als het raam open stond. Buitendeur en ramen sluiten slecht. Winterdekbed in juni veel te warm. Veel vliegen geen insektenhor maar viese vliegenslinger aan plavond.terras en.houtwerk buitenkant vuil en verwaarloosd. Terrassstoelen kapot en zakken door. Passen niet bij tuintafel - te laag waardoor buiten eten moeilijk ging. Tuinmeubilair vies en plakkerig. Voor ons te veel persoonlijke spullen in huis.
