• Only one vehicle is permitted per unit.
• The living room and primary bedroom has a window AC unit.
• The guest bedroom does not have air conditioning; however, ocean breezes provide natural cooling throughout the condo.
• Parking lot repairs, seal coating, and restriping are scheduled between August 31 and September 22, 2026. Temporary parking disruptions and lot closures may occur during this period.
