We really enjoyed our stay at Napalai. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was a good size with good aircon. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel is also good quality with a friendly owner. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would definitely stay again in future
Maybe the bathroom could be renovated slightly but not really a problem

My Thai partner and her son/daughter have stayed Napalai many times... we ALWAYS have a great experience.. and will be back later in 2026...
For the 'standard' room for 2 young Thai people.. EXCELLENT.... For what we pay for, and expect.. we got.. khorb khoon khrap Napalai
