Overall our stay was good. Kids were excited about sleeping upstairs.

The location is ideally located close to the beach.

The floor for the upstairs rooms is too noisy when people walk there. Also I did not like the garage door and apartment gates being operated manually. There was no one who came to clean the inside of our apartments.

We expected more, based on photos online, and the cost

The location of the property, within walking distance of everything.

Firstly: My wife has had a recent back injury, and although some people may not find the following matters to be an issue, it was an inconvenience to us, and we would have chosen a different property, had we been aware of the flollowing: 1. It's up 2 flights of stairs, no lift. This is not indicated on the listing 2. Bath screens on downstairs bath have been incorrectly installed, and could not be opened as per the photos, so the gap to get in and out is only usable by a child or very tiny adult, resulting in my wife needing to use the upstairs bathroom 3. Although the listing portrays the steep stairs accurately, and the bath is photographed with the screens properly open/installed, the bath was not usuable hence we were both obligated to shower upstairs 4. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, I even got backache eventually. The last 3 nights we put the sponge mattresses on the floor downstairs, which helped a little with the comfort level Secondly, the following are more general issues we experienced with the property 1. Washing machine and tumble dryer were broken, the washing machine did not spin, so we had to deal with dripping wet clothing hanging for 4 days until it dried, as all the tumble dryer does is make horrendous banging noises, because the nut in the middle of the drum is worn out and both items require replacement/repairs 2. Numerous brown stains on the carpets upstairs honestly looked like there were animals there previously and they had made a mess 3. Upstairs shower drain was blocked 4. Dishwasher tablets not provided 5. Some of the towels had minor stains, but luckily there were a lot of others provided in the cupboard 6. This property is, to my understanding, managed by a 3rd party, whom my wife relayed these issues to, on Whatsapp, so maybe the message was not relayed onto the actual owner, and we have never received any feedback 7.

It was a very pleasant stay.

The location was very central and within walking distance of the town, various restaurants and the beach. The pickup and dropoff of the keys to the unit was fast end efficient, and the staff were very friendly.

The location is ideally located close to the beach.
