Excellent price and great welcome, showing me to my room and how to operate TV, shower etc. Very quiet. Comfy room which even had a fridge. Jacqueline responded to my request for decaf and a jar of it was waiting in the room for me. J also asked if I'd like a cooked breakfast and gave me the chance to say how I liked things cooked - which I really appreciate when I want a cooked breakfast though this time I was rushed and on a diet!
I was in a single room and I would just have liked a little more space - or that there be one less item in the room (I thought the coffee table)! Apart from that it fulfilled all my needs.

Good location for my attendance of a fishing match. It was only 3 mins to the venue. Breakfast sound and accomodation was adequate for my needs. Early breakfast was provided to satisfy my timetable.
Shared bathroom facility was not what I am used to but it did not cause me any problem and there was an alternative downstairs to used if the nearest was in use.
