Clean and good appartment in a safe and quiet neighborhood

Clean, towels provided, fully equipped kitchen and nice working bathroom. Overall, safe and quiet neighborhood

Failed to inform that the heater is shut off several days before arrival. For an usually cold weather, it was not pleasant inside the apartment, not quite responsive team and provide no solution ( small indoor heater, extra blankets?)
