Gemütliche Wohnung, aber mit Fischbudengeruch

Gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung, großer toller Balkon. Küchenausstattung ist gut.

Am schlimmsten war, dass durch die Lüftung im innenliegenden Bad die Gerüche aus dem im Erdgeschoss befindlichen Fischlokal hochgezogen sind und sich sehr penetrant im Bad und bei offener Tür in der Wohnung verteilt haben. Das hat wirklich stark gestört, war gerade so aushaltbar. Zum Glück konnte ich viel Lüften, da es nicht so kalt war. Nachts ist der Geruch auch weniger, da das Lokal dann geschlossen ist. Zudem ist die Matratze durchgelegen und müsste mal ersetzt werden. Grundsätzlich sauber und gepflegt, aber an einigen Stellen wurde länger kein Staub geputzt.

Gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung, großer toller Balkon. Küchenausstattung ist gut.
