A very good option if you’re looking for great value in an unbeatable location. Being in the heart of Nueva Córdoba means you’re close to restaurants, cafés, nightlife and pretty much everything you could want. The trade-off is noise, the area is lively and the walls are quite thin, but this wasn’t an issue for us personally.
We did experience a few maintenance issues during our stay. The lift was not working when we arrived, but after contacting reception it was repaired within two days. The shower was also broken and was replaced after we reported it. I was happy with how both issues were handled once they were communicated.
Overall, the stay was positive and the staff did resolve the issues we raised.
The cleaning service was the one thing that disappointed us a little. It was scheduled for Friday but didn’t happen, so we had to wait until Monday to receive fresh towels.
Considering the location and value for money, I think this is a solid choice. Just be aware that this is definitely not a quiet apartment, especially if you’re a light sleeper.

El balcón terraza y la amplitud de los cuartos. Tambien la ubicación
Que el baño no estaba del todo dividido (no tenia una puerta de entrada, mas alla de tener una mampara opaca). Y si vas con amigos, es un poco incómodo porque tenes que aviaar que te vas a bañar oara que nadie pase por ahi

La carpeta que cubría el piso estaba roto y/o levantado. El televisor era muy chico, no tenía cable (se veían sólo 3 canales) y no era smart. El escobero estaba en el placard. El balcón no se podía usar es muy chico y no tiene terraza. El termotanque es muy chico apenas alcanza para una ducha rápida. La mesa es inestable, se mueve y le han puesto un cartón para que no se mueva. No guarda relación el precio con la calidad de lo que ofrecen, esto debería ser como mínimo un 30/40 % menos.
