Location is great. Free parking. Key in the box so you can arrive anytime. Free coffee and tea.
The flat is on the roof floor so the ceiling is really low. If you are taller than 180, you will not fit in the kitchen and bathroom.

Travelling from Australia we were looking forward to visiting the alpine town of Zell am See.
Our top floor studio apartment was clean, compact and comfortable with everything we needed for our four day stay.
Set on the slopes near the ski fields of the Schmittenhohe, it was in a great location above the lake. If travelling by train it is close to the town but involves a steep walk to the accommodation (if you don’t get a taxi). We preferred the walk.
The check-in process is carried out online requiring a phone call on arrival to receive the key lock code.
We enjoyed the walk around the beautiful lake and some mountain woodland walks. There is a local bus from the town centre to go higher up for walks or ski chairlift. Zell is in a great location to access other towns like Kitzbühel by train.
The local tourism office and ÖBB train station staff were very helpful.
We were glad that the host provides access to local ORF TV channels to keep in touch with current Austrian culture and the wonderful morning Servus Wetter Panorama program.
Provision of a nearby recycling location to allow for daily drop off would be convenient.

Von der Ausstattung war alles da, was man so benötigt.
Decke war für mich zu niedrig in jedem Zimmer. Musste mich im ganzen Appartment andauernd bücken. Im Badezimmer, sowie in der Dusche war es dann für mich nicht mehr tragbar, da es dort noch niedriger war.
