About this house rental
Villa of 170m2, quiet, composed of an entrance, large living room of 65m2, a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine), a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron ironing) a master suite (160 bed) with its shower room, wc.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms (1 with a 90 cm bed, 1 with a 90 cm bed, 1 3rd with a 140 cm bed), a shower room and a wc.
There is a magnificent landscaped garden with a heated swimming pool, secured by a roller shutter, its solarium, a loundge area with its gas barbecue., Children's swing, table tennis table.
10 minutes north of La Rochelle, and Il de Ré, our house is located in the village of Nieul-sur-mer. You will find 100 meters a bakery, and a grocery store, as well as other local services (butcher, pharmacy, doctors, supermarket 800m)
Our house is quiet, the garden is walled and planted with trees. You can take full advantage of a swimming pool heated and secured by a roller shutter.
Ile de Ré is 5km away.
The cycle paths start near the house to take you on a coastal path, and towards the Ile de Ré.
You can also enjoy the islands of Aix and Oléron.
The Futuroscope park in Poitiers is 1 hour 30 minutes by car, as well as the Palmyre zoo, and the Puy du Fou park in Vendée.

We had a fantastic stay here for our Summer holiday. Great location in a quiet village, yet only 10-15 mins by car / Park and Ride to the beautiful La Rochelle with all it has to offer. Also an easy hop across to Ile de Re and its lovely beaches, restaurants and cycle paths. The house was spacious, clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. The pool is a decent size and set in a lovely, mature garden, which has a covered dining area and BBQ. The owners were super-friendly and helpful. We would be very happy to return here again.
