This place has everything! Very Comfortable and all the amenities. Neighborhood very close to everything, and a few minutes to downtown but not crazy busy.

We were only there for the weekend to see my daughter. We had tickets to Basement East, which was only about two blocks away. Plenty of nearby restaurants and bars within walking distance. Downtown Nashville was just a 5 minute drive away. Easy accessibility to everywhere we wanted to go without all the traffic hassles. Thanks, Leland.

Leland was great with communication and responses. He even gave us great reccomendations on local spots. House was huge, fit everyone comfortably. Nashville was great but this house was better.
