Nestled in Hot Springs, this lovely house for $250 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to Pagoda Hill Estate - Gangster Mansion as the locals call it! Come enjoy your stay in Hot Springs, AR, in a beautifully restored historic house located in the Uptown/Downtown area. There is plenty of room for you and your guests with the 5 bedroom, and 2.5 bathroom two-story layout. Conveniently located in the downtown area to hit up shops, restaurants, breweries, and hiking and biking trails including the Hot Springs National Park and the Northwoods! INDOOR LIVING Walk in the front door to be greeted with a majestic, winding staircase that brings charm and character to Pagoda Hill Estate. To the left you will see the dining room to gather with seating up to ten for the home cooked meals. To the right you will see the great room/den where TV can be watched along with playing shuffle board. One the first floor there is also the fully-equipped kitchen, bar area, half bathroom and bedroom1. Walk up the wooden staircase to the second floor. To the left of the staircase there is bedroom2, and two full bathrooms. To the right of the staircase there is bedrooms3-5. Each bedroom also has a luggage rack to help access personal belongings easier! OUTDOOR LIVING Enjoy the surroundings on the wrap around porch sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktails! Gather around the fire pit in the courtyard. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Bedroom1: king bed Bedroom2: king bed w/ en-suite bathroom and trundle bed. Bedroom3: queen Bedroom4: queen Bedroom5: bunk bed w/ trundle KITCHEN Fully-equipped kitchen to cook those home meals away from home. Kitchen comes with utensils, dishes, coffee maker (regular drip and Keurig), pots and pans, and more! ENTERTAINMENT TVs in every room. Roku Smart TV (guest will have to log into their own streaming accounts or watch Free Roku Channel App) Wi-Fi throughout home! Play some shuffle board in the den/great room area or play cards at the game table! PARKING There is plenty of parking on the property: the driveway. Please do not park in the street.

We loved our stay. The house is great… clean and comfortable!

The property was great and as described. The hospitality was fantastic. We were notified when the house was ready for us to arrive early. We also appreciated the small details that the owners thought about implementing. Examples but not limited to body wash, shampoo, snacks and wine. The hot tub was fantastic. The fire pit was also great. Negatives: The location of the house seemed a little isolated. It was next to an abandoned old building. We also thought we would be able to walk to bath row and downtown but although the location was close, there are no sidewalks and it sits on a curvy hill. Lastly, there was no light in the back yard. Therefore, if you want to build a fire in the pit or get in the hot tub at night, bring your own light. Overall, the house was great and hospitality of the owners/managers was great. I recommend and would stay again!

This was such an amazing house- the charm is unmatched! I didn’t want to leave!! Hosts were super responsive- the house had everything you needed, which is amazing! The extras just made is even better! So close to National park and Bathrow…be sure to try wills cinnamon rolls! And need to come back for coffee shop!

We booked this house to accommodate our family and friends for my daughter’s wedding at Anthony Chapel. The home is lovely, with so much charm and character! The hosts thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. The game room provided fun and entertainment for all and the front porch was a favorite gathering place! Great location, close to all we needed. We hope to return soon!!

The Pagoda had plenty of space for everyone to spread out! The courtyard with seating and fire pit was a hit. Away from the downtown businesses but just close enough if anything was needed.

We loved our stay in the home. It was only a few minutes away from downtown Hot Springs. Would definitely say again when back in the area. The home was well supplied with things needed to stay.

Everything reflected the description and pictures on the website. The house was well stocked with paper products, dishes and extra blankets. The downstairs living/dining areas were great for our 1 year old to crawl around. The grand staircase in the middle was stunning. TV’s in every room was nice as well. The couches were very comfortable. Dylan was always quick to respond with any questions we had, which was very much appreciated! It’s about 1 mile to the strip downtown, so that made for easy access back and forth.

Very spacious house with great location near both downtown, and the mountain biking trails at Northwoods. Check in process was very easy and excellent communication. Nice to avoid downtown traffic when heading to the trails.
