Located in San Miguel de Cozumel, this attractive condo for $359 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This beautiful condo is perfect for a large stay, as its 4, spacious bedrooms and full baths, can comfortably sleep a party of 10. Have guests over with no lack of seating, as there are kitchen bar stools, dining space up to 6, as well as a large living room. Enjoy a gorgeous ocean view right outside the windows of the living space. Step out onto the large terrace to socialize and take in breathtaking views. Practical amenities are included here, with a kitchen that is fully stocked with every essential item (microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, stove, and more), as well as cleaning supplies, extra towels and more. Take advantage of the condo’s large infinity pool (and smaller pool for the kiddos!) located right outside of the complex. El Cantil even has a grotto leading to the ocean with its own private pier. We highly recommend arranging dive tours, snorkeling, and plenty more fun, water-based activities! The amazing location of this home base is right across the street from a large grocery store, ATM, movie theater, and taxi stand, while downtown Cozumal is a 15 minute walk (5 minute drive). Here, the options are limitless, with many restaurants and bars, including Kondesa, Casa Cuzamil, and Casa Mission, which many of the locals enjoy dining out at. Plan some activities nearby like Coral Reefs Monument, Punta Sur Eco Beach Park, and Isla de Pasion. NOTE: Repair to balcony edges will be taking place starting Aug. 5th. There might be noise due to this. However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself. -We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved. -No pets allowed -Jan-Feb Possible noise due to Carnaval and local events. We needed a place to house 10 people coming in from different parts of the US for a trip. The el cantil condo was central to shopping, nightlife and fun. Great view of the pool, snorkeling was right outside the beautiful pool and we could watch cruise ships crossing right right in front of us.

Great location, spacious and friendly security guards downstairs. Had a small issue with the AC not working in one of the rooms but it was easy to WhatsApp the property manager. The pool was great and easy access to many walkable restaurants and pier pick up for our scuba session

We had the most incredible experience staying at this condo. This spacious vacation rental, with its four bedrooms, provided ample space for my family and me. The condo was tastefully decorated and well-maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The breathtaking view of Cozumel's crystal-clear waters from the balcony was truly mesmerizing. We spent countless hours swimming and relaxing by the immaculately maintained pools, enjoying quality family time. The kitchen was fully loaded with all the amenities we needed, making meal preparation a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The condo's convenient proximity to downtown Cozumel allowed us to explore local attractions, restaurants, and shops with ease. Throughout our stay, we encountered no issues, and the property's staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this VRBO condo to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Cozumel. It truly exceeded all our expectations.
