Norman by the River is a bright & airy space, receiving tons of natural light during the day. On the main floor, guests can find two bedrooms with queen beds, a living area with a leather couch, comfortable papasan chairs and a 45" smart TV, and a quaint dining area including a full kitchen and dishwasher. The spacious entrance has tons of storage, and guests can take advantage of the large rainfall shower in the bathroom, as well as a separate laundry room. Guests can also access the quaint loft space through a staircase in the secondary bedroom. The location is ideal for snowmobile enthusiasts as the OFSC trail is within 100m of the front door. The backyard is fully fenced, and chairs and a fire pit are provided for guests wanting to relax by the fire at the end of a busy day. Professionally managed by Go North Lodging. Guests have complete access to the home & backyard during their stay. Norman by the River is located in the Mountjoy neighborhood, a safe, family-oriented area. The home is walking distance to Cedar Meadows Resort & Spa, multiple hotels, restaurants as well as walking trails, the Mattagami River and the Mountjoy Historical Conservation Area. Snowmobile trails can be accessed within 100m of the front door. Pets Pets are allowed at the property, however guests must follow the pet rules and pay an additional $90 pet fee (applied automatically when pet is identified in the reservation). Throughout winter months: A snow removal contractor has been hired for winter months (November - March). We ask that guests remove their vehicles from the driveway to allow the contractors to completely clear the driveway when they come by. If guests aren't able to move their vehicles/trailers, we ask that they park them closest to the backyard to allow the snow removal team to clear as much of the driveway as possible. We appreciate your cooperation! We take great pride in Norman by the River, and to ensure future guests can continue to enjoy the space we ask that you abide to the following rules. Failure to comply may result in penalties. 1) Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking/vaping is permitted outside, and cigarette butts MUST be disposed in proper receptacles (not thrown on ground). 2) This airbnb is pet friendly, however pets are not permitted on any furniture or beds. Pet owners must also pick up after them & dispose of feces in the large grey garbage bin outside. 3) Guests are asked to avoid excessive noise after 11pm and before 7am to respect neighbours. 4) This home is not suitable for large gatherings or events, and the property's total capacity is 8 for sleeping. Upon checking out, guests are asked to: 1) Ensure all dishes have been cleaned (start the dishwasher). 2) Remove sheets from beds used.
