- Please note that no cameras are aimed at the hot tub/pool.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note: The home is accessed by a one-way, steep gravel driveway. When arriving for the first time, please drive slowly and carefully, especially as you approach the incline.

Pool and hot tub were a big hit with family and especially the grandkids. Needed a little maintenance on the pool filter but they came and addressed it right away. The views are gorgeous and the cabin is well appointed with the exception of maybe adding some additional glass wear and silverware. The support was fantastic and responsive. My only suggestion would be a little TLC to the cabin and grounds. Beautiful, open space with plenty of room for our extended family but would love to see a little care and some general maintenance to the cabin (door seals, clean windows, a few loose spots in the parquet) and some trimming back of the plants around the grounds and near the hot tub. These are all relatively minor things that I just feel could make the stay here even more wonderful. I reflected these things in the cleanliness rating (cleanliness as described by most was 5 stars otherwise). All told, we had a wonderful time! Love the seclusion coupled with easy access to Asheville and the surrounding area! Wonderful family trip.

View was beautiful. Having the turkey pan and baster left on the counter was a nice touch. Ice in the freezer was appreciated. Property seemed a little tired. Some paint would help the kitchen cabinets. Info about how curvy and steep the road was would have been helpful.

Wonderful home and experience. The view is absolutely incredible that must be seen in-person! The host was very quick to respond during the check-in process. Highly recommend!

The house has a beautiful view, the hot tub was really wonderful, but the house was older than pictured. The driveway getting up is VERY narrow, with one side being a full cliff drop off. We have a large SUV and at one point in the driveway there was only about a foot of space before the drop. We have little kids so the drive in always felt very stressful. We are good drivers, grew up in rural areas, and the drive to the house was still scary. I think if you are booking this house with the intent to stay there most of the time (not being going back and forth often to Asheville) then it would be great. We like to be out and about a lot during our vacations, so this was not the right fit. The host was very responsive and communicative.
