About this house rental
Make yourself at home in this updated 2-bedroom house with a bonus room. Walking distance to Highmark Stadium. Just a short distance from everything, including restaurants, Lake Erie beaches, skiing, shopping, downtown Buffalo and about 45 minutes from Niagara Falls. It is located in Orchard Park, just 10 miles south of the city. All basic amenities are provided: Plenty of Off-street parking, 65" Smart-TV, WIFI, work-desk, kitchen including a coffee station, stove, refrigerator, and microwave.
The yard and driveway are leased for parking during bills games and events at Highmark stadium.
Basement is used as a long-term rental for an older family member. He has an entirely separate entrance, and has no access to this space. The garage is used for him to store his work van.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. 15 - 20 min walk to the gate. Parking is included with your stay and you don’t have to fight the traffic.
House is dated in areas but you can clearly see the host is making improvements. Fully stocked kitchen with all your basic essentials. Also plenty of cleaning products and disinfectant supplies. Stocked coffer (bar) & free snacks were a nice surprise to find at our arrival.
Bathroom had plenty of towels and there is provided shampoo and conditioner. Bedrooms were clean and bed were made with provided bedding.
Wish the weather was better so we could’ve tailgated outside. There is a patio set and a propane grill to use.
