Location, staff very friendly, very clean.
Not enough sun loungers for all the guests.
Rooms on a higher floor with sea view are unavailable to book due to time share but this is not made clear during booking.
Beds in room very hard.

Location was great and the staff very friendly. The hotel room as cleaned each morning with fresh towels provided. The breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice.
I would not stay again until the hotel is renovated. Broken tiles in elevator and 70s styled rooms. The pool is unheated and the restaurant and bar prices are extortionate. The hotel is catered for golf parties rather than families or solo travellers. And constantly offered drugs between the hotel and walk to the marina, 14 times in 3 days. Wider problem for Vilamoura rather than the hotel. Really ruined the holiday.
