The villa is composed of:
A large living room of 60m² with a pit area (ideal for children) 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 storeroom, a double garage, a heated swimming pool and a landscaped garden of 1200m².
All rooms are equipped with very good bedding top of the range Bultex and Simmons mattresses, beds will be made on arrival
Bed linen is provided.

1 bedroom of 17m2 with 1 bed 160x200, 1 dressing room and 1 en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink, bath)

Eight of us stayed for a week in this lovely and well-equipped house (though 11, including three children, would have fitted comfortably). The house is situated a 15-minute walk from one of the lovely Biscarrosse lakes; you need a car to visit Biscarrosse Plage/Bourg. Sebastien was a very good host.
