What a great place to stay! Lovely neighborhood, super convenient to everything. Comfy beds, great kitchen and living/dining room for family hangouts, pretty balconies to sit in the sun - would highly recommend!

Heads up that this rental is for ONLY the 2nd and 3rd floors in case there are mobility issues. The 3rd floor is only accessible via the spiral staircase.

The set up was nice to host my husband and I and our seven children. I didn’t see the listing had only one bathroom till after I had booked it, unfortunately. That was my fault. There were 5 comfy seats in the gathering room and 9 of us staying there, so that made it hard to all be together there for a movie or something like that. For anyone who is there to see sights in DC—the drive to Union Station was about 30-45 minutes each day.
