AO49 apartment was exceptionally clean and modern, lots of space. Good facilities and comfortable.
Our booking was for a deluxe 2 bed with balcony & sea view, this particular unit did have a balcony but the sea view was blocked by trees. I resented the very steep hills by the end of our stay, as we weren't rewarded with much of a view! Our washing machine door was broken, and was not fixed while we were there. Both showers were lovely and powerful but overflowed when in use due to drains being blocked. The lovely large kitchenette was great, but was disappointed that no very very basic items were supplied - like wash up liquid, salt/pepper/oil etc. A small (and v cheap) under sink cleaning kit would benefit the owner and the guest in the long run...very strange that these aren't supplied as all other holiday rentals we have used have had these basic little items as standard.

Very good stay overall, nice pool and acceptable walking distance to the main areas of interest.
I'm sorry to mention but there was a rather unpleasant musty smell in the room, though not teribble bad.
Also, the pictures on the website do not necessarily represent the room you will actually stay in. Not knowing this, we unloaded all our luggage at the reception (we were not stopped by anybody though it was obvious what we were doing) and only after they have explained to us that we would stay somewhere else. We had to put the luggages back in the car and leave. It didn't even ruin our day, not to say our stay, but it's good for others to know. If this aspect was explained somewhere and we missed it, then it's our fault.

We loved the swimming pool right outside our apartment, so we could sit on our balcony whilst kids swam in the pool. Also the apartment was really spacious
We had some ants in the apartment, but the staff were really good and sorted it out immediately.

The apartment itself was very nice and kept clean.
Better instructions for finding the room required.
Outside areas including pool areas unkempt and on needed of maintenance,
Asked for our balcony to be cleaned but it wasn’t.
The fridge was damaged and not repaired during our stay.
