The house is equipped with air conditioning. The bedrooms are large and airy. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, with it's own 3-piece ensuite. The other bedroom has a queen sized bed. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed if need be, linens included. Each bedroom comes equipped with a wireless charger for your phone and smart watch. We supply only the best linens and towels for each of our guests. The house has been fully outfitted with all amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. We provide plenty of linens, towels and kitchen amenities for your use. There is a Keurig coffee machine with a selection of pods included. There is parking available for 1-2 cars on the street, free of charge, and no pass required. Currently the backyard is a work in progress. There is a lovely brand new deck, and there is now brand new turf laid for your enjoyment. The turf is 95% complete, and will be near the beginning of July, 2023.
