The house was very clean inside, we are a group of woman that really enjoyed the patio area, however we did have to totally clean it off before using it. It was covered in twigs and dropping from the trees. I'm sure it's a never ending battle, and once we got it swept and cleaned off we totally enjoyed the house. Wonderful time!

The house had a nice arrangement for extended family coming into the state for a college graduation. We enjoyed the view of the river from the deck and ended up spending many hours there visiting with friends and family.My wife and I would highly recommend the house!

What a beautiful location, with a lot of space for a large family. There was a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms with everything we needed. Brook was very responsive, check in and out was simple. Will hopefully stay here again.
