This home is a cozy, warm and inviting place. It offers private parking and is conveniently located 10 miles from ISU. The backyard is fenced in and has a swing set and fire-pit. The neighborhood is quiet and in a convenient location to local restaurants and a coffee shop. There is also a local grocery store nearby as well as beautiful parks and a walking trail. Nicely furnished and decorated, this house will make your feel right at home.

We had a great time on our stay at this location. We were in the Ames area for Iowa High School All State Speech. We needed a place for our family and some of my daughter's friends to stay. This place offered us the space we needed at a price that was a lot more cost effective than an Hotel. It was clean and spacious enough. We were very comfortable, and check-in and check-out were really easy and convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone going to the Ames area for any reason.
