Perfectly located at the forest edge with the path straight to the beach at your door step, the beautifully decorated Ampersand is sure to put you at ease while you relax in the comfort of all the modern amenities available to you.
You can sit under the covered porch sipping your morning coffee and smell the fresh forest air or come back at the end of the day to relax with a glass of wine and listen to the ocean waves in the background. Enjoy soaking in a private hot tub while gazing at the stars overhead.
Indoors you will find luxurious furnishings tastefully done with convenience and functionality in mind as well as amenities unique to Ampersand. The open floor plan allows you to interact with the rest of your family and guests as you cook in a gourmet kitchen equipped with everything a chef would need to prepare a 5-star meal. Here you will find granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop and gas oven, ice-maker, dishwasher and plenty of quality pots and pans in all sizes. Additional items such as a microwave, coffee maker and bean grinder, blender, Cuisinart, toaster, mixer, utensils, and wine bottle opener are available for a perfect cooking experience.
The dining area seats six comfortably to enjoy your meals and there are also four stools at the kitchen island for additional seating.
The living room has a comfy sofa and two chairs where you can gather to chat about the day or just veg out in front of the large flat panel TV with cable and watch a DVD.

Beautiful house overall. Kitchen in great condition, rooms are comfy, bathrooms and laundry are good too. Tub feels big. Location is great, 5 mins from downtown. The kids loved the bunk-bedOne bad surprise was the two toilet seat covers were both run down with black marks on them and needed to be replaced

We stayed here over spring break. The house was cute, clean and centrally located- just a very short walk to town and the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for an fun family trip. We'll definitely return

First time at Seabrook and found it charming. The property has a very strong musty oder and is a little tired on the inside and outside.
