By booking with Seabrook Hospitality, you have access to all resort amenities, including the pool and gym. “Field of Dreams" is a modern farmhouse in the picturesque Farm District at Seabrook. Field of Dreams was professional decorated and all furniture is from our good friends at Olympia Furniture Company. Field of Dreams is located in the Farm district faces onto the pocket park, Orchard Walk Park. Like all of Seabrook’s parks, it has its own unique character including a bubbling water feature that provides a soothing backdrop as you relax on the front deck watching the sunrise or enjoying a perfect evening rocking in a chair. The park has lights stung along the walkway and the house is just steps from the forest and great hiking or mountain biking trails that weave throughout the quiet woods. The outdoor fun doesn’t end there! The Farm District’s many amenities are all within a two to three minute walk of the house: the horse barn, Windgate, allows you to visit the horses in the pastures or watch them eat their morning breakfast, tennis courts, basketball court, playground with zip line, Woof dog park and Horseshoe Park with its fire pit, gardens and massive lawn that begs for you to enjoy throwing a Frisbee or kids running around. First Floor The living room, dining room and kitchen are an open floor plan and all have hardwood floors, white painted tongue and groove ceiling, with gorgeous white crown molding and bead board accents which give the main floor that farmhouse feel. Lots of windows make the first floor light and bright even on a cloudy day. High-speed internet, Wi-Fi and telephone are included. The living room has a giant sectional that has enough seating for everyone to watch a movie on a rainy day, cartoons Saturday morning or cheer on the Seahawks on its 43 inch TV that has DVR ability and Blu-ray/DVD player. The gas fireplace, with built in bookcases are adorn with red accents, candle sticks, books and baskets of movies for your enjoyment. In storage closet there are a variety of board games including The Farming Game as well as playing cards, dominos, coloring books, crayons and markers for the little artists in your family. A large copper patina windmill hangs on the living room wall alongside barn artwork that was painted for this home by Marcy Kennedy-Anderson. Bessie, the homes whimsical cow, adds some fun to the room. Local artist bird house art is also found adorning the living room. This is a great place to curl up early in the morning or at the end of the day with a book and a fire. Off of living room is the front door that leads the huge 28ft x12ft deck where you can sit in one of the rocking chairs year round enjoying the sounds of nature or maybe catch the deer that visit the park. A CharBroil gas BBQ is also available on deck. The dining room boasts picture windows, a large farmhouse table that easily opens to sit 10 people or can be kept closed for seating 6. Beautiful copper and glass pendent lights with Edison bulbs makes this is a wonderful area for family and friends to enjoy meal or to play dominos, board games, or for kids to color. The open concept gourmet kitchen has beautiful counter tops that are salt and pepper granite with flecks of sliver and crisp white subway tile backsplash. Tons of storage space in the gray washed cabinets provide needed storage for a functional kitchen. No farmhouse would be complete without a farmhouse sink. that overlooks the living area. The kitchen includes quality stainless steel appliances including gas range and oven, microwave, French door refrigerator and dishwasher. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy for anyone to enjoy cooking and you will appreciate the high quality kitchen amenities including, Wusthof knives, Kitchenaid mixer, hand mixer, toaster and blender. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, flatware and a variety of glassware to meet the needs of a family on vacation. The kitchen island has seating for 4 and its very own coffee station. You will also find a pantry cupboard in the mud room. The mudroom just off the back door includes high end Whirlpool Washer and Dryer plus a utility sink. Hooks are provided for hanging coats and towels and copper shoe tray are provided to contain sandy or wet shoes. Special hooks for the dog’s lease are also located in the mudroom. There is also a half bath off mudroom. The first floor Primary Suite is adorned with a white distressed king bed. You will sleep soundly on the high end mattress and duel cooling pillows. The Pottery Barn duvet in blue, Kelly green and a hint of mustard sets the color scheme for the room. The down alternative duvet insert and extra blankets for cooler evenings ensure a great night sleep. Nightstands, and dresser and closet proved storage. You'll enjoy soft carpet under your feet and the room also has TV with Blu-ray/DVD player. Another one of a kind art piece adorns the wall done by Marcy Kennedy-Anderson along with more bird houses from local artist are a cheerful addition to the primary suite. The large primary bath will not disappoint! It has a double sink vanity with a granite counter top and under counter storage. Oversized shower is adorn with has white subway tiled shower, frameless shower doors and teak bench. For you bath lovers there is a separate soaking tub. The beautiful white and gray tiled floor in bathroom floor is heated for the cold mornings. Second Floor There are three bedrooms on 2nd floor. Two bedrooms have king size beds with ensuites. The third bedroom is a bunk room that sleeps four. Tucked away next to the bunk room is a fun kid’s playroom. The Gray and Teal King bedroom with its tufted headboard has a high end mattress and duel cooling pillows, soft duvet with down alternative insert and extra blankets. The double night stands, the dresser and small closet provided needed storage. The 32 inch Samsung TV and Blu-Ray player are perfect for unwinding after a busy day and you'll enjoy the soft carpet under your feet. The ensuite bathroom with pedestal sink, deluxe medicine cabinet plus extra storage space makes the bathroom very functional. The tub/shower combo is tiled with white subway tiles. The “girly” pink and gold room has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The king bed has a high end mattress and duel cooling pillows that make falling asleep a breeze. The soft pink duvet with down alternative insert plus extra blankets ensure you'll want to say in bed just little longer. The nightstands in this room have plugs and USB outlets in top drawer for your convenience. The dresser and closet provide ample storage. The 32 inch Samsung TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player and soft carpet under your feet make this room feels like home. The ensuite continues the girly touches with a pedestal sink and deluxe medicine cabinet. Extra storage and tub/shower combo is tiled with subway tiles for a clean crisp look. The third bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin bunkbeds which contain under bed drawers. The top bunks are accessed by a staircase that also contains more drawers. There is also a small dresser in the room. The lower bunks have their own special bunk lights. Each bed has a quilt made by Grammy A for each of her grandchildren in a black, gray and white color scheme. Each quilt is a different pattern. It’s a kid’s dream room! The last room is a carpeted play room containing a small window. The playroom contains toys including John Deere trucks, dolls, puppets, puzzles, blocks and books. A variety of pillows are perfect for cuddling up in to read a book. A curtain covers a small nook that is perfect for a puppet show or just to hide away. All kids and adults are going to love this playroom. The backyard includes parking for up to 3 cars with steps down to an area that includes a hot tub for enjoyment all year long. Also provided is a hot and cold hose for rinsing off sandy feet and beautiful landscaping.   Accommodates: 10: 3 King, 4 twin (bunks) King Primary on 1st floor with large attached Primary bathroom boosting double vanity with granite top, oversized shower with frameless doors and teak bench, white and gray heated tile floors.
