Large family reserved this for a week long vacation. Overall it was a nice house with a lot of rooms/bedrooms. Kitchen was adequately stocked, but with older and very random cookware, but it worked. Wifi was available but not reliable. Entertainment system was not set up properly with remotes old and damaged. The fridge also leaked the entire week we were there despite multiple calls to the hospitality desk. Overall we had a great time and the house and surrounding area was a lot of fun. The 3rd floor had a fun kid seating area, had a few miscellaneous toys and came stocked with plenty of kiddo movies.

Seabrook is an amazing resort town. Very family oriented. Ocean beach, pool, parks, playgrounds, trails, and fire pits. Summer concert series to boot! Also, dog friendly. They have thought of everything. We stayed in Independence Hall, one of the many seaside cottages named and outfitted for your convenience. We loved the location-just a short walk to town, beach and all resort amenities. Plenty to keep your children and adults happy campers. Town has coffee shop, bakery, pet store, pizza place, toy store, clothing/specialty stores, book store, ice cream/candy store, restaurant and pub. Even a gym for your vacation workout. I do recommend you take hotdog/marshmallow sticks, playground equipment like balls, and pool aids like life jackets for young children, and beach toys for tots. Our cottage was well-equipped with games, but you can’t go wrong bringing family favorites. Hoping you enjoy Seabrook as much as we did!
