This is a super unique place to stay with an amazing view. The breakfast was definitely a highlight for us along with the staff. There is a beach near the property however it is a long walk and a super steep hill. There are no towels or chairs unless you purchase them. There is also no dinner location so without a car it is challenging to get dinner. There is a bus stop near the property but we ended up transporting via taxi. We were able to get to La Spezia train station and Marina in 15-20 minutes. The people are very accommodating and helped us with transportation and were always able to get a taxi for us. Would recommend if you do not mind being a ways out of the city.

Nice apartment with balcony and seaview and all necessary amenities. Excellent breakfast available. A steep walk to the beach or into town, but good private parking for a car.

The check in staff and breakfast staff were absolutely excellent, they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly.
The rooms and hotel were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good for us when coupled with the regular free local mini buses. It was good for access to Baia Blu with good car parking.
It was quite expensive but we certainly hope to stay again.
