Do not recommend first room had bugs.2nd had no heat or air 3rd room was just plum nasty tub dirty floor was nasty sink had hair

The place was so smoky and smelled the pot. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling. I left and never stayed.

There was no hot water in tho entire Hotel for more than 24 hours, and it still wasn’t on when we checked out. There was mold around the sulicone seal in the bathtub and large areas in the floor of the tub were peeling off. There was construction being done below our room at 9 a.m. that weren’t warned of either. The parking lot was covered in deep snow but never plowed. NOT IMPRESSED

The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean. Shower ceiling and walls appeared to have mold painted over ans sink area was extremely small. Rooms are very noisy paper thin walls.

The bathtub was peeling, and there was a at least 4" x 8" in the bathtub that was reddish--maybe the tub itself? I hated stepping on it while showering. The water pressure was very weak, and it took a long time to rinse the shampoo from my hair. The toilet seat was peeling some kind of plastic. Carpet throughout the room was spotted. People next door loud well past midnight. Unpleasant stay.

The hotel is disgusting- dirty. Would never stay there again. There was a cigarette hole In my sheets, dead bugs. Staff was friendly. But over property terrible.

The location is great to walk to campus but that's the only upside of this hotel. It is not safe. There are too many people wandering around in the parking lot at night. The back door was broken so you don't need a key to get into the hotel. The long term guests seem to find that easier, I guess. The rooms were grungy. Public haors in the shower. Musty damp air from the air condition. I wore my shoes except when I was actually in the bed. Hallway carpets were stained and gross. Thankfully I didn't see any bed bugs but I'll still pray I didn't unexpectedly leave with some. We were booked for 2 nights and decided to leave after the football game rather than stay another night in this place.

We were disappointed in the condition and cleanliness of this hotel. Stains and tears in the carpet, our room curtain was broken and very difficult to close, light and clock not working. VERY noisy at night, loud talking and doors slamming late night. Will not stay there again

I am seeking a refund. I did not stay at this hotel. Upon arriving the conditions I found were not even close to what was advertised. The property was poorly maintained and with the exception of a few construction vehicles in the parking lot the property seemed vacant. When I went inside to seek help nobody was around to provide service and there were some people milling around that seemed in distress. I couldn't tell if they were actually staying there or were homeless and seeking shelter in the lobby area.

My room was ok but the hotel doesn’t seem that clean. There were stains on the sofas in the lobby & dirty spots on the floors & woodwork. There was even a stain on a white towel. The front desk people were very nice & friendly. The toilet paper holder was replaced with a smaller size one & it was obvious because it was not repainted the color of the existing wall.

Filthy property with sticky/stained carpet and floors, peeling and moldy cobweb bathrooms, patch painted hallways, out of order ice and laundry, smell of pot throughout property, overall unkempt property in dire need of remodel inside and out. Not what I expect for a Wyndham property. Only bright spot was helpful, friendly staff.

the overall condition is run down. Hall carpet dirty and ripped in places. room was dirty, shower curtain falling down, coffee maker didn't work, and had crickets in the room. However, the women at the desk, when we arrived, was very nice.

Without question, the worst hotel I’ve ever seen, let alone stayed in. If there was ANY other option, we would have left within ten seconds of seeing the accommodations; utterly disgusting, from the hallways, carpet, walls and smells to the worst part, the rooms themselves. Do not EVER step foot in this hovel, I mean hotel.

This isn’t a bad place to stay. The breakfast was good with multiple options. The hallways were dirty but I think they were getting ready to some kind of remodel. Smelled like pot for a facility that has no smoking.
