The location was good, walking distance from the center of town and close to the train station. The apartment was modern, confortable and clean, with good facilities.
The check-in process was very frustrating, we spent (wasted) about 45 minutes with the automatic ID system which could not recognise my face as being the same one as in the ID which we had to upload. Very frustrating and unnecessary.
Also, they make you pay a deposit by card which you only get back weeks later. Generally, there was a feeling of harshness to the instructions in the apartment, pointing out all the extra fees that we would need to pay if this or that - for instance if we do not respect the checkout time which is checked electronically. Checkin and checkout times seemed pretty limiting (checkin after 15.30, checkout at 9.30) - we would have appreciated being able to stay a bit longer in the morning. In general, we did not feel there was a lot of human contact and care, we had the feeling we were dealing with an electronic ´big brother´.
There is airconditioning but only in the living room (where our daughters were sleeping), so we had to leave the door open to the bedroom and it was like the four of us sleeping in the same room, and even so it didn´t really work (we were there in July, it was hot)

Przestronny i wygodny apartament. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, ładna łazienka. Swobodnie można gotować i zrobić pranie w czasie dłuższego pobytu. Zabudowany duży balkon z przesuwanymi szybami.
Ogólnie czysto ale pościel i ręczniki w schowku nie pachniały najlepiej. Okna wychodzą na ulicę więc trudno uniknąć hałasu.
Zameldowanie online i związane z tym skanowanie dokumentów oraz robienie selfie (w warunkach podróży samochodem) było niezbyt wygodne.
Pobierana jest kaucja 100euro. Choć dużo podróżuję tylko 2 razy spotkałam się z taką praktyką. Kaucja zwrotna w ciągu 7 dni (termin jeszcze nie minął wiec czekam z niecierpliwością na zwrot).

Apartment was super clean and comfortable. Inside you have everything you need for stay. Balcony, big bathroom, kitchen, even washing machine and dish washer. Process of check in sounds complicated but its not. It is really fast and easy. We enjoyed our short stay here and we will come back.
Check out time is too early but for small fee you can prolong it. No problem with that.

Nice apartment for comfortable stay.
1. Good location. Close to railway and bus stations, Aupark shopping centre, historic centre.
2. Good automative check-in with instructions.
3. Good equipment: washing machine, towels, hair dryer, cable TV, internet, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, instant coffee, stove, dishwasher with tabs, cutlery, frying and boiling pans, glasses, cups, dishes.
