Not recommended.

Our family of 5, 3 small children and 2 adults rented this apartment to visot Bristol. From the photos looks nice, refurbished and clean. The flat was very very dirty, full of dust. The utensils in kitchen all dirty. On the floor on the furniture, the lamps the curtains. Everywhere thick dust. The beds were uncomfortable, the double in main room is on wheels and the bed is not steady as soon as you sit on it it moves and slides to the other side of the room. The 2 single beds really narrow. All the rooms everywhere full of thick dust. Especially the floor. The toilets sink is the smallest sink I have ever seen and the shower was a little bit broken so we couldn't adjust the warm cold water as we were afraid it will fall apart. The sofa really small for 2 people only. Overall not worth the money we paid for it. Staff really tried to help and they sent a lady from the office to hoover and mop but even after that it was still dusty/dirty, too neglected I would say.

Excellent location. Nice big living space. Comfortable beds.

Tiny bathroom. Couldn’t turn the heating down so it was really hot unless we kept the window open, which let the noise in.

It was a perfect size for 4 of us to comfortably stay in, it felt clean and just exactly what we were looking for to stay in for a weekend with friends. The facilities were of a high standard, the coffee machine with the capsules supplied was a nice touch too.
