Honestly, it's the hidden gem of Lake Constance. It's a lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need for a holiday. An added bonus is that you can stay with your pet. This was invaluable to us.
The location is perfect — right by the railway station, but you can't hear the trains at night even with the windows open. The view from the windows and balcony is of the inner yard, so there's nothing particularly picturesque to see, but that's not a big deal.
The bed was extremely comfortable and ensured a perfect night's rest.
The apartment had everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including an iron and ironing board and a washing machine (this was priceless to have in the apartment).
I had to vacuum and wash the floors once just to ensure maximum comfort in the apartment, as the floor gets dusty super quickly. It was nice to have a vacuum cleaner for these purposes.
Overall, I'd say everything was almost perfect. There were only a couple of chipped glasses that we couldn't use, and we had some difficulty taking out the rubbish as the bins were locked and none of the keys opened the lock.
Also, Google Maps was useless for finding this block of flats, and we felt incredibly stupid having to ask the hosts for directions despite them providing us with all the information on their landing page.
For those who might be tricked by Google Maps, as we were, the building is located to the left of the underground crossing at the train station. Pass the hotel building and the underground car park. Then you'll see a blue block of flats with a 'Tempton' office on the ground floor. That's the building you're looking for.

Wir hatten kein Frühstück
Die Dusche ist nicht top, das Wasser ist nicht immer gleich warm und die Dichtung fehlt bei der Glaswand. Der Fernseher hatte seine Aussetzer und das W-Lan hat nicht funktioniert 😔 Aber sonst war alles okay 👍

Ruim appartement
Hoofdkussen van het bed was erg zacht.
Zeepbakje bij het bad en douchekop zaten los, maar hebben we zelf vastgezet, regendouche te dicht in de hoek.
Ook het handdoekenrekje bij de wastafel zit los en hebben we daarom niet gebruikt.
We misten een kapstok in de gang.

Der Standort der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral.
Das Apartenent hat eine grosse Terasse.
Die Informationen bei der Ankunft fehlten.
Wir mussten die Gastgeber anrufen um den WLAn-Zugang und einen Parkplatz zu erhalten.
Der Rauchmelder piepste bei unserem eintreffen regelmässig. Ausserdem hatte es zu wenig Toilettenpapier, es hatte keine Geschirrspühltabs und keine Abtrocknungstücher. Im Wohnraum lagen allte Zeitungen, defekte unkomplette Spiele und der alte router rum.
Im Schlafzimmer war die kleiderstange defekt. Allgemein hat es zu wenig Staufläche.
Als wir dann den Gastgeber erreichten hat uns dieser einen Parkplatz zuegewiesen, der war jedoch 5 Minuten Gehdistanz entfernt in einem engen Hinterhof. Das WLAN-Passwort wurde uns mitgeteilt.
Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern ist die Wohnung zu klein, da das Bettsofa nicht komplett ausziehbar ist.
Wir haben uns nach einer Nacht für ein anderes Apartement entschieden, da es uns zu heiss, und zu laut war auf Grund des Kulturfestivals in unmittelbarer Nähe.
