The bed was comfortable.
The room we were initially provided was not clean -- hair on the bed, used slippers on the floor, residue of balloons hanging from the ceiling and walls. We did not want to stay in the room. Only when we threatened to cancel our reservation for a refund were we provided with an acceptable room (though the new room had an entrance on the street instead of the protected inner courtyard). Breakfast was quite expensive (100k som) so we didn't get it. Location was not that convenient. Also, when we were being shown our room, the staff opened the door to a room that was already occupied and disturbed the guest inside.
