Bel appartement pour 2 personnes bien situé par rapport au centre ville, à proximité de commerces. Parking en sous sol appréciable, de circulation facile ( attention, le 3eme sous sol n'est pas desservi par l'ascenseur). Très calme, aucun bruit la nuit. Balcon appréciable et bien orienté.
Contact avec l'hôte uniquement par sms, dont certains en pleine nuit! La boite à clefs n'est pas au pied de l'immeuble. Si à première vue l'appartement parait propre, nous déchantons rapidement avec des interrupteurs, chambranles de porte, portes crasseux. Placards sous évier, lavabo, mais aussi dans l'entrée encombrés de tout un fatras, cheveux dans la baignoire... Mégots sur la balcon. La salle de bain a besoin d'un renouveau: chasse d'eau défectueuse, ainsi que le support de douchette, porte serviettes chambranlant, absence de bonde dans les lavabo et baignoire. Canapé inconfortable, lit kingsize mais linge inadapté. Box internet défectueuse.
