The apartment is modern, clean, and very well located in the center of Santa Maria. The building has an elevator, late and self check-in, and we were kindly allowed to check out as late as 8 PM.
Mirla is very kind and helpful. However, she entered the apartment without our permission, which was uncomfortable and affected our privacy. We were also asked to pay an additional €20 cleaning fee before leaving, which was unexpected.

Appartamento molto grande e curato, molto pulito e fornito.
La luce per le scale e l'ascensore non funzionavano e non era presente un impianto di climatizzazione.
